FSS Relocation Plans  Network Rationalization will result in limited relocation of FSS processing in 2013  Northwest Boston P&DC to Middlesex-Essex P&DC  Stamford P&DC to Westchester P&DC  No mail will be moved from FSS to manual processing  No additional mail will be moved to FSS from manual processing 2

FSS Float Machine  To avoid any disruption in flats sequencing in the Northeast Area a float machine will be installed in Middlesex Essex  The float machine is one of five machines currently installed in South Florida P&DC  South Florida FSS volumes will be consolidated on the remaining four machines  No mail will be moved from FSS to manual processing 3

MAY Disassemble Float FSS FSS Moves Timeline JUN JUL AUG SEP NOV OCT DEC JAN FEB MAR Assemble Float FSS in Middlesex/Essex Disassemble NWB FSS1 Assemble NWB FSS1 in Westchester Move of certain stations from Northwest Boston to Middlesex/Essex Move stations from Stamford to Westchester
