Bina Nusantara Some condition which are must be fulfill to structure component : 1.Can hold all burden which must be shouldered, including earthquake. 2.Fulfilling standard and regulation going into effect. 3.Function during minimum 20 year. 4.Hold up to decay, other pest and corotion among others by insect. 4

Bina Nusantara Besides structure component have to fulfill conditions, the materials also have to fulfill some conditions for the sake of taking care of durable the building, and also for the efficiency usage of its materials. Such conditions are : 1.Usage of materials have to according to its function 2.Durable to non minimum structure hold up during 5 year, and to minimum structure hold up during 20 year. 3.Have to earn to hold all style and burden that happened including earthquake. 5
