New Process Changes Electronic I-9 is managed through the Pre-Start Service website under the menu: Student I-9 Completion & Orientation Progress Students are automatically Pre-Started when they login to (DO NOT PRE-START STUDENTS ) I9,W4, G4, Direct Deposit is completed online by the student during Online Orientation. The status for these documents can be viewed at under the menu Student I-9 Completion & Orientation Progress Online Orientation consists of: Completing I9, W4, G4 and Direct Deposit Authorization Policies electronic Sign offs FERPA Policy Standards of Conduct Policy Statement of Confidentiality New Hire Safety Orientation
Student Hire Process Overview 1. After a student has accepted an offer. You send them to 2. Hire them in PeopleSoft HR Web Student Hire 3. On or before the first day on the job meet face to face with the New Hire to complete I-9 Section 2 online using Pre-Start Service website. 4. Fax Data Services copies of the I9 documentation with the mandatory Fax Coversheet. 5. Monitor I-9 and Orientation progress. Note: Rehired students who have an I-9 on file will be mark with a green I-9 Status
