Props Deck of Cards The protagonist's father used to use deck when he gambled. He also beat his son a lot before he disappeared in mysterious circumstances when the protagonist was about 10 years old. The protagonist enjoys to shuffle the deck of cards before he selects his victims to be killed because it is the only thing that seems to keep him sane... King of Clubs Again linking back to the idea of his father's gambling; the king of clubs reminds the protagonist of his father and the times he would be beaten by him. Queen of Hearts The protagonist's mother was very loving and had a big heart, she would look after her son after he was beaten by his father. One day the father accidentally killed the mother; to this day the protagonist still hasn't forgiven his father, despite him being missing. The protagonist protects these two cards with his life as they are closest thing he has to a family.

Costumes 'Charlie' (Protagonist) Big Coat Black Shoes Black Jeans/Chinos We want to make the protagonist, in the shots were he isn't killing people, to look like an ordinary 20+ year old, to show that anyone in society can be a murderer. Lots of young adults wear black jeans and chinos because they are very popular and trendy, synonymous with today's youth culture. Black shoes are basic and simple, they can be worn with anything, making them virtually anonymous as they don't stand out Big coats are very common amongst young adults especially in Autumn, which is when our film is set.
