SUMMERY Running out of time is about a family living in Clifton. They say it is 1840 in Clifton but it is really You can tell your son or daughter it is 1990 at age 12. It is a historical village. There are tourists that visit the village. There is a sickness going around in Clifton. If anyone from the village says anything to the people looking at the village they will get beaten. The village is heavily guarded so no one escapes. Jessie and her family really need modern doctors. Jessie is putting her own life on the line to save her family. Read the book to find out what happens next.
