SEA OTTERS By Tiffany

 Sea otters are four feet long with brown and white fur. Females weigh around forty-five pounds and males weigh around sixty-five pounds. PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

 Males live until they are ten to fifteen years old. Females live around fifteen to twenty years. LIFESPAN

 Sea otters are carnivores because they eat clams, urchins, mussels, crabs, and snails. EATING HABITS AND DIET

 There are around 2,800 sea otters near California. There are between 64,600 and 77,300 near Alaska, Canada, and Washington. POPULATION

 Sea otters live in the ocean near California, Washington, Alaska, Canada, Russia, and Japan. HABITAT/RANGE
