ALL RUGBY SCHOOLS (ARS) ELITE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (EDP) MyFamily Mobile are delighted to Sponsor the All Rugby Schools (ARS) Elite Development Programme (EDP). It underlines our commitment to grow participation in the sport, help develop and inspire the next generation of rugby players, and hopefully unearth stars of the future. The programme will encourage youngsters to learn about the sport and develop key skills, while providing a sustainable sporting legacy to the community. U-10 Nine sessions as per the attached guidelines per season are delivered Fifteen (15) players in each school of Rugby. Development Camp Assessment forms are completed and reports sent to player/parents relevant school First nominations are made for Awards. U-13 Nine sessions, with more emphasis on positional skills. A written assessment of the players and their positional skills will be made at and reported to the stakeholders outlined above. There will be two preparation sessions interspersed with two matches At the end of the season players will be involved in the tens Competitions with further opportunity for assessment. After sessions final reports are sent to player/ parents, relevant school Coaches send reports on players for Awards U-16 Schools of Rugby sessions are held with emphasis on positional/unit/ team skills leading to 3-4 matches. Award reports are issued in October to appropriate stakeholders who give feedback. Schools of Rugby sessions continue alongside 16 Group preparation and matches. For those not required for aforementioned matches two matches will be held. Final School of Rugby reports will be prepared and Award reports communicated to players/parents. Squads Three (3) squads are planned for each age group as follows: U-16 1st Team – 10 aside tag rugby 2 nd Team – 10 aside tag rugby U-13 1st Team – 10 aside tag rugby 2 nd Team – 10 aside tag rugby U-10 1st Team – 7 aside tag rugby 2 nd Team – 7 aside tag rugby We are sponsoring Tag Rugby in six (6) schools. Three (3) squads (U16, U13 and U10) in each school. Squads are as follows U10 squad - 14 players U13 squad - 20 players U16 squad - 20 players Total of fifty four (54) players per school. Total number of approximately three hundred and twenty four (324) players in all six (6) schools. Teams
