Output Devices An output device is any device used to send data from a computer to another device. electronic or electromechanical equipment connected to a computer and used to transfer data out of the computer in the form of text, images, sounds, or other media. Monitor/CRT It is General-purpose color cathode ray tube (CRT) monitors are used commonly for image display in personal computer-based picture archiving and communication system (PACS) and telemedicine systems. Printer A hard copy is a printed copy of information from a computer. You get print out on paper from computer. There are two types of printer 1)Impact printer 2)Non Impact printer

Impact Printer a printer that prints by mechanical impacts. a printing device in which a printing element directly strikes a surface (as in a typewriter). It uses a print head that hits the surface of the ink ribbon. Non Impact Printer Non-impact printer is a type of printer that does not operate by striking a head against a ribbon. For example, Laser printers and ink- jet printers are non-impact printers.

Speaker /Head Phone Speakers/Head phone are one of the most common output devices used with computer systems. Speakers/Head Phone are transducers that convert electromagnetic waves into sound waves. The speakers receive audio input from a device such as a computer or an audio receiver.,
