Overall analysis of Fitness Tests Girls- are more flexible than boys at the middle school age level. Boys-in general have a greater agility level. Our greatest concern is motivating kids to increase their fitness level and the desire to do well in their testing. How?-Increasing our class time and to utilize the fitness day by varying the activity

Future Thoughts? Where do we go from here? Slowing the day down and allowing more time to teach our kids fitness concepts. Allow more time in class that would benefit a change in fitness lifestyles and create more opportunities to achieve success and improve fitness levels. Some block scheduling is being discussed to provide such an opportunity.
