91 Project – Fast Facts Among the nations worst commutes $1.4 billion project – funded by Federal, State and Local 16,200 jobs created, 4,600 construction jobs First tolled express lanes in Riverside 199 total parcels acquired Travel time savings – average 12 min./day regular lanes; 78 min/day express lanes RIVERSIDE COUNTY TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION
