VISION STATEMENT The SEED House is a state-of-the-art residential cut- a-way concept to be built on the LISD CSF Campus. This innovative and unique educational resource will embody proven building science and energy efficient technologies highlighting new construction, remodeling and energy retrofitting approaches designed to promote comfort, healthy indoor air quality, safety, energy conservation and energy efficiency.

The SEED House will accomplish this Vision in a manner that is practical, affordable and easy to understand. By using documented residential construction techniques, materials, and equipment, LISD students will help our community fashion a sustainable future for today’s energy. STRATEGIES
