Give Ozarks Day About 130 nonprofits from across the Ozarks intend to participate on May 5 Giving Day. Nonprofits represent about 40 cities and towns with budgets ranging from $20,000 to $20 million. Nonprofits planning a variety of goals, including endowment building, interesting projects and much-needed operating funds.

Prize Definitions Hammons Products Prize This goes to the top three Stockton organizations with the most individual (unique) donors throughout the day. 1 st : $250 2 nd : $150 3 rd : $100 Total: $500

Prize Definitions Springfield Cardinals Suites Three Agencies will be drawn for “Cardinals Suites” for mutually agreed upon 2015 Sun.-Thurs. games. Agencies can use themselves or offer at fundraising events.

Prizes – Nuts and Bolts CFO endowment matches of up to $5,000 not included in any prize $$ totals. Pre-loaded gifts will count only toward Money in the Bank, Pack the House,Price Cutter, Hammons, and Baird Arts prizes. See FAQs for more specific rules. CFO and its sponsors reserve the right to make final prize determinations.

Give Ozarks Event Details Thanks to everyone who has signed up to participate at Jordan Valley Park! Registration still open at giveozarks.org by April Event takes place from 4-7 p.m., prior to Springfield Cardinals game. Event will include “donation stations,” food and entertainment. (Each participating nonprofit agency will get two meal vouchers.) Donors will get “Give Ozarks” cups to be redeemed for a free soft drink; “Gave Today” stickers will be available as well. Cups and Stickers available for any regional events as well until we run out. Verizon will provide a “hotspot” for agencies at the Park to have Internet access to take donations at booths. A “help doc” will go out to participants.

Let us know your plans If your agency or affiliate is planning an interesting activity for that day, please let us know. We will have a photographer and videographer working throughout the day. Nuts and Bolts Any matches or other advance donations via checks, cash or other must be submitted by April 30 to be loaded into Give Ozarks for May 5. Agency must submit form indicating this money is a Give Ozarks match; cannot be withdrawn before June 5. Cash or checks collected on May 5, but not pre-loaded, will count toward bottom line and qualify for “Money in the Bank,” Hammons and Baird Arts prizes. Must be received at the CFO by 5 p.m., Thurs., May 7. Make sure you have appropriate fund type.
