What Is War Dialing? War dialers-demon dialers a way is to call the number let it ring once or twice then hang up and do this multiple times.

War Dialing Benefits The benefits of war dialing are that it can help the military find enemy telephone and corporate computers connected to the telephones.

Negative affects of war dialing You can harass people and make them very annoyed. It can ruin a business a afternoon or any day it’s really annoying, and it can cost money.

Is it Ethical? No, war dialing is not ethical and in some cases it’s considered harassment. War dialing can really annoy someone and ruin there day and they might even call while there sleeping and keep you up all night.

There is no exact law about war dialing although in some cases it’s considered stalking but only if it’s to that same number every time. What is the law?
