There are a lot of variables with DFT and it is hard to define a typical change, but here are some example results. We tested DGN, DWG, and office files between Pennsylvania and Lithuania. In general, the larger the file, the larger the performance gain – up to a 10x gain in this scenario. This makes sense because a typical edit should only change a small portion of the entire file. There is a binary algorithm beneath DFT, so this works for all file types. DFT means faster file transfers and more time to collaborate. 5

PW “Web View Server” The "ProjectWise Web View Server" will extend any ProjectWise deployment by providing individuals with web browser access to view ProjectWise managed content. This will make it easy for any number of connected users to access and view work in a read-only mode using Internet Explorer. And as the access is likely to be infrequent, and will always be to consume rather than collaborate on ProjectWise managed content, there will be no requirement for a user to possess a ProjectWise Passport.
