YOGA for kids The Physical Education Department at Guggenheim Elementary School is pleased to introduce the students to our first Yoga unit. Yoga preaches relaxation and rejuvenation and seeks to balance all aspects of the mind, body and personality. The lessons will offer instruction and insight into the spiritual, mental and physical areas of life. This will be a new activity for most students. It is our goal that they all experience an enjoyment of Yoga and an appreciation of all the benefits that come with it.
