Presentation transcript:

To be a Wellness Warrior -You have to participate in at least 4 of our activities. -You have to be responsible for your activities. -You have to be honest. Being a Wellness Warrior will get you healthy and get you prizes.

At this time, Climbing Mt. Everest is only for students who are at school early on PLC days. If we can come up with other opportunities for you to participate, we will let you know.

-This is an activity that will take place during recess. -We will have to be responsible to keep track of your own tickets. -Tickets can only be turned in during Art class. -Students are to be honest while walking; cheating while walking is only cheating yourself. North Laurel and Dunbar will compete to see how far we can make it across the country.

-Fitness Club is for after school activities. -This can include riding your bike, taking a walk or sports practice. -You will get a new log sheet when you return a completed log. -Return all log sheets to Mrs. Jackson during Art class.

-This should be fun for you and your family. -Simply try a new healthy food and let us know what you think about it. -Your card will be hung in the cafeteria.

-Do something fun with your family. -It doesn’t mean you have to spend money, just have fun. -Watching TV doesn’t count.
