All reports include non-bonusable money business at 25% of FYC.

QUALIFICATION DETAILS Once you have qualified, your attendance and that of your companion is by invitation only from Qualified Financial Services and is not a contractual right. Invitations will be extended to qualifiers between Jan. 1 – Jan. 31, Conference attendees must be prepared to travel in the manner arranged by Qualified Financial Services, and attend all conference events. The primary focus of this conference is business. As a result, your children are not eligible to attend the conference. Following the conference, a taxable benefit value will be assessed based on a percentage of the non-business related portion of the program. Your qualification is contingent upon having an active contract with Qualified Financial Services that is in good standing at the time of qualification and at the time of the conference. This requires that you comply with all provincial regulations. Qualified Financial Services reserves the right to change the date and/or the location, if required. Hard work should never go unnoticed. With Qualified Financial Services it isn’t. Imagine a Tropical Paradise Island Getaway... because you strive for excellence in the insurance industry. Meeting the 2007 Tropical Paradise Island Getaway Conference requirements of $70,000 NAFYC will allow you and a guest (adults only) to join Qualified Financial Services and enjoy an all expenses paid holiday for 7 days to the beautiful island of St. Maarten. We will be counting business from all carriers that we are currently contracted with, and there will be credit given for money business where bonusable first year commissions are not provided. Details regarding the amount that will be credited will be forwarded to you shortly. By reaching $60,000 NAFYC, Qualified Financial Services will pay all but $600 per person of your island getaway package. By reaching a minimum of $50,000 NAFYC, Qualified Financial Services will pay all but $1150 per person of your island getaway package. Business must be paid through, which means that it has been credited on your producer statement from each carrier with which you have done business, after September 1st, 2005 and by November 30th, The conference must be accepted as awarded. There will be no substitutions, exchanges for cash or transfers to someone else available. Partial QUALIFICATION Available You may qualify for partial payment of the Tropical Paradise Island Getaway Conference by reaching a portion of the full qualification requirement of $70,000 NAFYC. NAFYC is the net adjusted first year commission as defined by each carrier on which Qualified Financial Services pays a producer bonus. Destination: 7 day stay on the exotic island of St. Maarten at the beautiful Sonesta Maho Beach Resort April 22 nd – 29 th, 2007 Qualification Period: September 1, 2005 to November 30, 2006 (15 months) Qualification Requirement: $70,000 NAFYC
