LEP funding  Local Growth Fund – mostly via DfT  EU Structural & Investment Funds – £104.4m ERDF & £97.7m ESF – available from Autumn 2014 plus European Agriculture Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) - allocation is £6,055,134  EZ uplift  Pooling of other funding/assets incl New Homes Bonus to deliver estate  Use of HRA uplift and major sites programme  D2N2 Growth Deal – freedoms and flexibilities

HS2 and Connectivity  East Mids Growth Hub (joint programme with LLEP): focused on corridor between M1J23a at EMA and J25  East Midlands strategic rail connectivity – note: I’m still developing the thinking on this: transforming the rail offer in the D2N2 and LLEP area, better connecting between and within the urban areas and providing the foundation for the HS2 connectivity package  Regional Road/Rail schemes Market Harborough Newark-Lincoln Castle Line A38 and A52 Route strategies
