PE and Sport are vital to the proper physical, emotional, and intellectual development of growing children. It is important that we instil in our children a sense of well being that they can take it with them into adult life. This is why health and fitness must not be a chore, but something that is enjoyable with long term health benefits.

Kids today have the benefit of a program called … Games Sense Focus on fun and enjoyment Learning just happens!! Activities are flexible enabling kids to play regardless of their ability.

Games Sense can be incorporated across broader curriculum such as Maths, English and Science. SO WHO’ S READY TO PLAY?
