1) High Standards!  Teaching – we will teach you well  Communication – we will communicate to you (internally revolutionise admin processes  Passion – we will instil passion

High Standards - Teaching  Continue a high standard of teaching in our clubs  progress and guide our members to success – inspire future generations of Karate instructors and leaders – to be led by our chief instructor, David J McCormack & Co.  Everyone who enters out dojos, for either Karate or Fitness, must learn things that will give them results – led by David J McCormack & Co.

High Standards - Comms  Re-vamp our internal and external communications: o website o o youtube o twitter o messages o promotions  Introduce an effective collaborative environment/revolutionise processes to make running the club more efficient and responsive

High Standards – Passion!  Inspire future generations to: o help and run the club o equip with skills to become instructors o compete o partake in regular demos o be AMBASSADORS of KSK!

2) GROWTH  Find a home for KSK outside of university clubs  1-2 lessons per week  target locally/centrally based secondary schools  up the number of members  give back to the community  take young people off the streets and inspire them  Target date: Summer 2014

3) Activities  Socials – one a month / mega end of year party  Trips – 1 big trip per year – seminar/Gashaku (tba)  Competitions – we will support / organise AOM ‘14  Demonstrations – min. 4 big demos a year
