Student’s Guide to TurningTechnologies NXT Clicker and ResponseWare STEP ONE: LAUNCH Go to Blackboard : Go to any of your courses. Find & Click on the Tools link. Scroll down & click on Turning Account Registration which opens up the Launch LTI Link. Click on Launch on the right hand side of your screen. STEP TWO: SIGN UP When you click on Launch. You will be directed to Turning Account Registration Website. In the Sign Up Section, all the fields will be populated with the your credentials. Make sure your First Name, Last Name & are correct. Your Account must use your ONID Address which is Double check to make sure that these are all accurate as specified here. Click on Create Account. Important :- Please use your ONID address in the format wherever necessary. Do not edit this address, editing the address may cause problems within the system. How do I register my Clicker & ResponseWare License? You must register your Clicker & ResponseWare License through Blackboard.

Important! Is your correct onid for this registration The launch from Blackboard will fill that in. Do not edit that information.

STEP THREE: CREATE ACCOUNT Once you click on Create Account. You will be at “Create Account Page”. Enter your 9 Digit OSU ID Number under User ID. Complete the addition User Information (First Name, Last Name, ONID , Confirm ONID , User ID, Password, Confirm Password) details as shown below & click Save. You will then see the message “Account created Successfully” on the registration (Sign In) homepage.

STEP FOUR: SIGN IN Once you have created your account successfully, you can log into your account using your ONID and Password under the Sign In section. STEP FIVE: LICENSE ACTIVATION Once you have successfully created and logged into your account select on the License tab and click on Redeem below. Enter the 10 character code from the card in your ResponseCard NXT clicker box in the License Code Activation box on screen as shown. You will then see a confirmation that the license has been added to your account. Now click on Return to your Turning Account on the top.

STEP SIX: Registering your Clicker Now once you have returned to your Turning Account. Select the Response Devices tab and click Add. Enter the Device ID under the barcode on the back of your clicker and click Save to register.
