Who is a Democratic Republican? Election Results: Adams = 71 votes Jefferson = 68 votes Pinckney = 59 votes Burr = 30 votes Who wins as president? Vice President?

They had not yet passed the 12th amendment (1804) A separate vote is cast for the position of president and vice president. You can not run for both offices
