New Zealand Oil Industry The NZ Oil Industry was deregulated in No Protection against Imports Cushioned by the freight differential (crude vs. products) NZRC is a tolling operation - do not own any Hydrocarbon Stock Income generated from a fee based on the differential between the value of Products and Crude Crude and Product prices are set by the MARKET NZRC is vulnerable to the US/NZ rate of exchange
