State initiative Social Audit Cell at state level The cell will monitor and coordinate Social Audit in the state All the districts now have Nodal Social Audit officer who will coordinate and monitor all Social Audit Many districts Social Audit is planned by involving other officials

Social Audit Process The calendar has to be prepared, approved and uploaded in the Nergasoft The formed Social Audit Team which will conduct the SA in every Panchyats All the documents has to handed over to SAT by POs & PRS before the event POs, PRS and PTS will assist them in conducting the event Report of the events will be up loaded with in 5 days

Prerequisite for the Social Audit Ensure distribution of ‘Statement of Jobs’ beforehand Form Social Audit Team involving job card holders Inform all the Gram Sabha member about the date and venue Brief them about the purpose Verify and Scrutinize all the documents Summery sheets should be prepared beforehand
