Experiences: negative  The 1 st and 2 nd days after arrival How to improve: ► Accurate and specific information to participants so as they can be prepared beforehand ► check the settling of participants on the first days of arrival  Lectures are rushed How to improve: ► Reduce the content, so that topics are given ample time and taught thoroughly

Experiences: positive ► The arrangement and guidance provided during library is recommendable ► Social events e.g. chocolate and beer tasting
