Registering for Classes

Go to the Senior to Sophomore homepage : Scroll down and click on the: S2S Student E-Services Sign-In link CLICK

At the St. Cloud State University Login screen, enter your 8 digit SCSU ID and your Password. ENTER CLICK

Password Information: 1. Your Password is initially set to your birth date in year, month, day order (yymmdd). Birth date Example: February 14, 1972 = Password is After entering the system for the first time, you will be required to change your Password to a new 8 character password known only to you. A. Password must have a minimum of 8 characters (letters, numbers or special characters) B. Password must have 3 of the 4 types of characters (upper case, lower case, numbers, special characters) C. Do not begin or end your new Password with zero D. Your Password cannot remain your birthday. 3. This new Password will be used every time the system is entered thereafter. Please write it down. 4. If a Password is forgotten, follow the instructions given in the next slides.

To Reset Password Click on Need Login Help? CLICK

Click on “Forgot Password?” CLICK

Enter 8-digit SCSU ID# and address. Enter new password twice and click on Reset Password ENTER ENTER & CLICK

Enter Login ID and Password. Click on the “Login” button. CLICK ENTER

On the Courses and Registration page click on: Quick Add (Register) CLICK

The Quick Add Registration Form will appear.

At the top of the Course ID column you will see the registration semester displayed. If necessary, change the semester by clicking on the down arrow. A. For courses with Begin dates in September through December use Fall Semester B. For courses with Begin dates in January through March use Spring Semester CLICK & SELECT

To register for a class, enter the 6 digit Course ID number in the Course ID column Click on the “Register Now” button ENTER CLICK

The Confirm Courses screen will appear. Review your course selections. If correct, enter your Password and click Register. VERIFY ENTER & CLICK

The Registration Results screen will display and it will indicate successful or failed registration. If successful, review your class schedule by clicking on “View my entire semester schedule” to make certain it is correct. If registration failed, call the registration help desk (320) or for Verify Click Result of your registration at St. Cloud State University, Fall 2013
