Facilities Screen Each facility is listed along with information about its features and those to contact about the facility. If needed you can also set up charges for the use of the facility. Stop

Events This screen contains information about each scheduled event. Stop

Recurring Events This screen is the result of scheduling multiple events. It shows that there are some conflicts. They can be ignored or changed from this screen. Stop Conflicts

Groups Many times scheduling requires the use of multiple facilities for the same event (Religious Formation). Packages Some scheduling requires extra scheduling and tracking. For example: a wedding. This would require a series of meetings, an engaged Encounter, a rehearsal, the wedding day and a hall. In addition, there are fees, documents etc. that need to be tracked. This screen brings together the multiple events that are part of a wedding preparation. Event Package Get me to the church on time. These events remain to be scheduled. Stop

Event Package The screen contains information about all involved in the wedding and a view of all charges and payments. Stop

Groups It is possible to schedule many rooms used for the same function. For example, Religious Ed uses all available classrooms. Using one term schedules all rooms. Stop
