6 TOOLS YOU NEED TO MEASURE TOPS COUNTERTOP ORDER FORM 1 FRAMING SQUARE 2 TAPE MEASURE 3 & 4 PENCIL AND PAPER 5 CARDBOARD FOR TEMPLATE TO MEASURE NON-STANDARD TOPS

90 45 STANDARD MITERS 22-1/2 22-1/2 DEGREE 45 DEGREE PLEASE NOTE: ANY CUT THAT IS NOT 22-1/2, 45 OR 90 DEGREES REQUIRES A TEMPLATE AND A TEMPLATE CHARGE.

CHECKING FOR A 90 DEGREE CORNER. 36” 60” 48” 36” 48” NOTE: WHEN MEASURING FOR AN “L” SHAPED TOP, FOLLOW THE STEPS BELOW TO INSURE THAT IT IS A TRUE 90 DEGREE CORNER. FROM THE INSIDE OF THE CORNER, MEASURE OUT 36” TO YOUR LEFT AND MAKE A MARK. FROM THE INSIDE OF THE CORNER MEASURE OUT 48” TO YOUR RIGHT AND MAKE A MARK. MEASURE DIAGONALLY ACROSS FROM MARK TO MARK 48” : IF THIS MEASURMENT EQUALS 60”, THEN THIS CORNER IS A TRUE 90 DEGREES. (45 PLUS 45 = 90)

22-1/2 DEGREE MITERS B A C E D F PLEASE NOTE: ON A STANDARD 22-1/2 DEGREE MITER USE THE FOLLOWING TO INSURE THAT THIS IS A TRUE 22-1/2 DEGREE MITER. (You must have the front and back measurements to perform this test.) EXAMPLE: ON A STANDARD KITCHEN TOP MEASUREMENT (D) PLUS 10-3/8” = MEASUREMENT (A). ON A STANDARD KITCHEN TOP YOU ADD 10-3/8” PER CUT TO THE FRONT MEASUREMENT TO GET THE BACK DIMENSION. IF MEASUREMENT (D) IS 40”, THIS MEANS (A) SHOULD BE 50-3/8”, IF IT IS ANYTHING ELSE, IT IS NOT A TRUE 22-1/2 AND WE MUST HAVE A TEMPLATE. = (D) PLUS 10- 3/8” = (E) PLUS 10-3/8” PLUS 10-38” (you add twice because you have 2 cuts)

STANDARD SINK SIZES STAINLESS STEEL SINGLE DOUBLE TRIPLE BAR SINK SIZE 22X25 22X33 22X43 15X15 HOLE SIZE 21-1/4X24-1/4 21-1/4X32-1/4 21-1/4X42-1/4 14-1/4X14-1/4 CAST IRON HOLE SIZE 20-3/4X23-3/4 20-3/4X31-3/4 20-3/4X41-3/4 13-3/4X13-3/4 VANITY OVAL ROUND SINGLE SINK SIZE 20X17 19X19 HOLE SIZE 19X16 18X18 NOTE: THESE ARE THE ONLY SINK TEMPLATES THAT WE KEEP --- FOR ALL OTHER SIZES WE WILL NEED A SINK TEMPLATE AND WILL REQUIRE A NON-STANDARD SINK CUT OUT CHARGE. FOR A SINK CUT-OUT, WE MUST HAVE THE SINK CENTERLINE. IF POSSIBLE, ALWAYS MEASURE FROM A WALL SIDE OF THE PROPOSED TOP TO THE CENTER OF WHERE THE SINK WILL BE. WALL

COOK TOP CUT-OUTS SLIDE - IN DROP - IN WALL WALL PLEASE NOTE: FOR COOK-TOP CUT-OUTS WE MUST HAVE A HOLE SIZE OR A TEMPLATE. THERE ARE TOO MANY MANUFACTURES AND MODELS TO GO BY MODEL NUMBERS ALONE. AS WITH A SINK CUT OUT -- WE MUST HAVE THE CENTERLINE MEASUREMENT - ALWAYS TRY TO MEASURE FROM A WALL SIDE OF THE PROPOSED COUNTERTOP.

ADDING A FULL ARCH RADIUS DOUBLE ROLL BAR ADDING A FULL ARCH RADIUS CABINET BAR WIDTH PLEASE NOTE: TO MAKE CERTAIN THAT THE CABINET IS NOT EXPOSED UNDERNEATH THE TOP -- MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ARCH STARTS PAST THE CABINET END. 3” MINIMUM ON ARCH RADIUS UP TO 1” INCH MINUS ½ THE WIDTH OF THE BAR TOP. EXAMPLES: 26” BAR TOP ----- 12” MAX 30” BAR TOP ----- 14” MAX 36” BAR TOP ----- 17” MAX

PULLED JOINTS TOPS OVER 144” IN LENGTH 144” TOP 24” TOP NOTE: WE WILL NOT DELIVER AN ASSEMBLED TOP OVER 168” (14 FT). PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH END OF THE TOP THE JOINT WILL GO ON.
