The City of Antigua --Surrounded by Volcanic Mountains and Beauty And yet there are orphans there with little hope for a future at a government run orphanage for abused and handicapped girls.

Dump Area of Materials Nothing is simple…A permit is required to haul these items off since this is a government owned facility. Meanwhile, the girls play in amongst this ruble.
