Each of its total 16 function departments has their owned independent information system, there existed respective standards or specifications for construction and maintenance of each information system. Data query and extraction is not convenient, there exist isolated island of information. Meanwhile, the user identity authentications mechanism are not uniform. The demands on public service system integration There were many information columns of public service, data information spread over different location, and they were not convenient to be maintained and queried. the styles of information interface were not standardized and uniform, so, a comprehensive integration should be conducted. In addition, the information columns for macro information should be added. The demands on vertical regulation system integration Individual function departments within the CSRC have different regulation systems for different affairs, so their system data were comparatively independent.however, there exist requirements of data exchange and share among these systems in accordance with the demands for regulation affairs. Share of foundational data and integrated query should be realized. The demands on the horizontal regulation integration Foundational information that can be horizontal share, i.e., Senior management database, administrative penalty database, listed company, organization etc. The Informatization Requirements The Project Background

The Planning phase We investigated all kind of information resources within the CSRC in a religious manner, then submitted general design solution, technical solution, standard systems and implementation plan. Meanwhile, we established the data standard system, the re-construction solution for construction of new system and integration of legacy system. The Construction phase (Term 1) by the guide of overall plan, we built a initial integration framework for the CSRC information system, realized the integration for lower data and upper interface. And, based on previous integration endeavors, we built integrated query applications, realized uniform user management and identity authentication, re-built the interior network portal to meet the CSRC leader’s requirement to query information for macro market regulation. The Improvement Phase ( Term 2) We Built improved information resources directory platform and data exchange and share platform, we built a centralized regulation platform and realized automatic monitoring for interior network operation ; we improved intelligent capabilities of regulation system by using the data warehouse technology, so, the system can meet new requirements come form affair departments with lower costs and enable the CSRC leader to master macro market situations for regulation.
