400 g.r of Bucatini 140 gr. of guanciale bacon 6 tomatoes Pecorino cheese cooking salt pepper 1 onion olive oil ¼ of a glass of white wine

To prepare “Pasta all’Amatriciana” the onion is cut in an half and with this half many slices are cut, also the bacon is cut into little cubes. Tomatoes are washed and then they are cut into pieces. To cook pasta the pot is put on the cooker until the water is boiling. Meanwhile the olive oil is heated in a saucepan, then the bacon cubes and the white wine are added. After tomatoes are added and then salt and pepper are put in the saucepan. Later the sauce is mixed with a wooden spoon. The sauce is cooked for 30 minutes. Bucatini are strained and then they are added to the sauce. and sauce pecorino cheese is added To Bucatini. Finally “Pasta all’Amatriciana” is ready to be eaten.
