The Runner’s High Created By: Rebecca Fremont

Touch The feel as I lace my shoes to embark on my journey. The gravel slipping out beneath my feet. The sweat of my accomplishment running down my face.

Smell The crisp air reaching my lunges allowing me to push on. The fresh cut grass blowing as I run through it. The impending thunderstorm looming.

Sight Foliage changing with the passing seasons Proud children after a successful day of school

Sound Eager dogs bark their greeting ready to join me in my fun. The bang of hammers as people expand their lives. The leaves of fall crunching beneath my feet.

Taste Ice cold water quenching my thirst after a successful run.
