LOYALTY USING DIFFICULT TIMES TO DEMONSTRATE MY COMMITMENT TO THOSE I SERVE
LOYALTY vs. UNFAITHFULNESS How many people are loyal and faithful to the principles and character that they themselves have agreed to? Do we stand firm when asked to move our boundary's from where they need to be? Are we faithful to stand by those that fight for what is right, even if it takes a sacrifice?
ORDER Where ever there is organization, there must be loyalty. 1. Respect is a must for loyalty in our jobs and at home with our family’s. 2. Where there is no respect, unfaithfulness will thrive, confusion will escalate. Loyalty will fall to the one who owns the respect of the people.
How do we gain loyalty 1. Value the people that are around us at all times. 2. Never compromise your integrity. 3. Serve the needs that you know will help the people around you. 4. Always be friendly and polite, and show proper etiquette. 5. Be a person of your word. Don’t make promises you can’t keep.
STAND FIRM Watch out for negative accusers that may try to trap you into listening to their comments that go against their authorities. You may lead them into believing that you agree with them. Always be positive, even when things are hard to understand.
Character Those who lack personal convictions rarely show any loyalty. Without character loyalty looses direction and purpose. If we are having a problem with loyalty in the workplace or in the home, it is because we have not practiced character at home or in the workplace. Loyalty is the product of good character.
What does it look like Commitment Considerate Obedient Attentive Patient Kind Longsuffering If any of these are missing, loyalty can be breached, and the organization could dissolve.

WHERE DO WE START 1.Make the people around you a priority, so as to build a relationship that can be respected. 2.Expect difficult times to arise, walk through them together. This is the biggest promoter for loyalty when they can see you in the hard times remain loyal to what you believe and do. 3.Support one another, listen to one another, encourage one another. 4.Keep your commitments, relationships are based on some sort of commitment. 5.Stay connected to the people that are committed. Communicate with them daily.
What happened in the past? Did you commit to something that you couldn’t do? Did you expect to much? Did you procrastinate? Did you get a critical attitude? Were you a part of the solution or the problem? Were you there to give or to take?

What do your friends and family say you are loyal to? Is it your Job, more than the family? Is it your church, more that God? Is it your self, more than family? Is it your friends more than your job? Whatever you spend your money on is more than likely what you are loyal to.
