My foremost major competency Team Work Skills

The illustrative situation  I took care of every member’s situation. Sometimes we have to make a team discussion. We divided the work.

My action taken/done  For example, when we practice the volleyball and some people have to catch the ball or pick the ball. Everyone took turn the job, so everyone can practice the different part at the same time. We helped each other to became better.

The results achieved  After a long practice, we finally went to the competition. Everyone did a good job during the game. We definitely won a good prize in the game.


