My foremost major competency Problem Solving Skills

The illustrative situation  One time, our team was preparing a big competition. Everyone was focus on the competition. We planed lots of strategy to against the enemy. But everyone insisted their opinion to me. They are all thought their opinion was the best to the team.

My action taken/done  As a leader, I decided to list everyone’s opinion that is appropriate to our team. Then, took a vote to avoid our team member fight.

The results achieved  Finally we decided a best strategy to against every enemy school. We started to practice everyday.
