Flexible management framework IS-managed CMS service based on Drupal UWP-led, centrally managed website framework, EdWeb School X Event Y Project Z LTS hosted services e.g. Physics etc … School Research Group A Institute B Schools can choose to migrate to EdWeb distribution.

Website Governance Group

 ensure web strategy aligns and underpins University strategy.  support the development of a consistent and high quality corporate web presence, to maintain a vision for the web as the foremost communications tool and first point of access to information and services for the University.  oversee the technical and general development programme and authorise any changes to the programme after due consideration.  be accountable for the development of key online priorities through the Programme Director who oversees the various work streams.

Website Governance Group  ensure effective deployment of resources and conflict resolution where multiple conflicting priorities present themselves.  ensure the development of University policy on all web related matters, where appropriate.  secure appropriate funding, ensuring Programme activities and resources (including any product or services acquisition from third parties) are commensurate with business case and appropriate procurement.  members representing College or Support Group should have the authority to commit their unit to action to help achieve agreed deliverables.
