© Peru Consulting 2014  Using a simple, clear, tried and tested methodology.  Emphasising the key risk areas likely to impact project delivery:  Project – Requirements against quality and timescales, and by implication budget.  People – Governance & structure, Relationships, skills and availability.  Process – Methods, and quality assurance.  Environment – Technology, Tools and the external environment.  Rapidly highlighting risks, issues and hidden dependencies that could impact success whilst defining pragmatic actions to resolve them.  Covering the breadth of the programme whilst allowing drill down on specific areas when issues are detected.  Linking with project delivery benchmarks to provide meaningful metrics around cost, time and remaining effort. Critical: Staff have no previous experience of development tools or application set. Processes as expected on a project of this size and complexity. No changes required. Some external supplier risks. Mitigation Plan is attached. No urgent work required here.
