DAY1 - 27th September Arriving at Frankfurt International Airport or Frankfurt Train Station - Delegates should plan to arrive at either Frankfurt International Airport or Frankfurt Train Station where they will be met by members of the Eur-Afr-East NH Circle buddies who will arrange transfer to the hotel. Hotel Check in - Upon arrival at the hotel, delegates will be greeted by the Eur-Afr-East NH Circle Committee and given an overview of the event and allocated their hotel rooms. - Room reservations are based on the registration form submitted in advance. All hotel rooms are “Non-Smoking” rooms. - Whilst all main meals and transport to venues will be provided as part of the event, any incidental charges such as taxis, telephone calls, dry cleaning, must be settled directly by delegates at check out. “Honda Joy for Children” charity project - This year’s event will include the “Honda Joy for Children” charity project (for more information about the project see the Honda Joy for Children Charity Project section of the website). There will be a drop off point at the registration desk for delegate gifts to be left. Presentation check session after check-in - Once delegates have checked into their hotel rooms there will be time available for them to check their team’s presentation. The purpose of this time is to ensure that their presentation runs correctly on the laptops that will be used for the presentation day and to make minor adjustments only. Presentation check room: Niederrad Room (ground floor) Welcome Dinner from 19:30 This year’s Convention will begin with a Welcome Dinner which will take place in the hotel. This evening will provide delegates with a great opportunity to get to know their fellow Associates from around the world and share experiences. Delegates are invited to meet at 19:30 for an aperitif. Dress code: Smart casual or team shirts.

DAY 2 - 28th September Breakfast Transfer to Honda R&D Europe - Breakfast will be provided at the hotel Transfer to Honda R&D Europe - Transfer time will be approx. 30 minutes by coach Presentation Day - The Convention Day will include a tour of the R&D Facility before teams have the opportunity to present their NH Circle Themes to the judging panels. Presentations should last a maximum of 12 minutes with an additiona1 3 minutes available for question and answers from the judges. Dress code: Smart casual or team shirts. Transfer back to hotel by coach Sayonara Party - After a short period of free time back at the hotel, the day will culminate with the Sayonara Party, which will allow delegates to let their hair down after a busy few days and celebrate their successful participation in this year’s Convention. Dress code is Smart or National Dress.

DAY 3 - 29th September Breakfast - Breakfast will be provided at the hotel Hotel Check out - Transport will be provided to the Airport or Train Station. A list of allocated departure times from the hotel, based on delegates’ flight or train times will be displayed at the event information point from Saturday afternoon. - When checking out of the hotel, delegates must ensure all incidental charges (e.g. mini bar, telephone, dry cleaning etc) are settled directly with the hotel.

Special Note Food request Arrival date - Special food requests such as HALAL or vegetarian should be indicated on the registration form. - If there are any other special requirements that you think we need to be aware of please also indicate these on the registration form. Arrival date - Delegates should plan to arrive at Frankfurt International Airport on the morning or early afternoon of Friday 27th September, as we have reduced the overall programme by one day. If delegates are not able to arrive during this period due to suitable flights, then the original date to arrive of Thursday 26th September is the second choice, although activities will not start until presentation check and the Welcome Dinner on Friday 27th September. See timetable above. Please ensure that you discuss any early arrival plans with us prior to booking flights. Extra room reservation for early arrival - Extra room reservation for early arrival - If you need to arrive on 26th September, please send the request at your earliest convenience using the registration form. For Guest Circles from other Regions ( AO/China/Japan/NA/SA) - We anticipate you will settle the total sum (room fees) by card or cash. This means there will be no recharge invoice after the event from HME this time. - Nissin Travel, our local travel agency will collect your payment when you check in.

Expenses Occupancy Single Double - Hotel room charges will be invoiced by HME post event. - The room rate is 139 Euro (Single) per night per room. - All meals and transport provided as part of the event will be funded by HME - All incidental charges such as mini bar, telephone, dry cleaning etc., will be settled directly by delegates at check out. Occupancy Single Double Accommodation per night per room 139 Euros (On request) Arrival/Departure transfer HME will cover the cost. ========================================================== Typical Total Cost per person to be invoiced by HME after the event. 278 Euros HME will fund all other related costs. Breakfast at hotel, lunch and dinner during three days convention.
