PubMed PubMed is the free interface that provides access to the MEDLINE bibliographic database of the National Library of Medicine.

Medline  indexes literature in medicine, nursing, dentistry, pharmacology, veterinary medicine, the health care system, and the pre-clinical sciences.  contains bibliographic citations and abstracts from more than 4,800 biomedical journals

Medline  is international  includes more than 14 million citations  covers from the mid-1960’s to today  can also be searched through FirstSearch
