2 Searching with field codes in PubMed is just like searching in any database that provides dropdowns of fields to search in. What you are telling the database to do is the same; the results will be different because the different databases cover different collections of journals (and other document types). For the record: the PubMed search produced 582 results just now; the CINAHL (nursing database) produced 677. If you want to know about nurses, go to the nursing database!
