Professors:114 Associate professors:73 Assistant professors:53 (These figures are from IPA and do not include library faculty or FERPers)

◦ To build new programs and curriculum ◦ To participate in the service work that is essential to the university ◦ To replace a wave of faculty retirement as we mark 25 years in existence as a campus ◦ To create a steady pipeline of Associate and Full Professors

 Full Professor burnout is a reality and the number of FERPers is growing.  Our small pool of Assistant Professors risks the same down the line if we do not add new tenure track faculty yearly.

To all the faculty To all the staff To all the administrators Whose hard work and dedication to CSUSM Make us the ‘Pearl of the CSU’
