Description: Project oriented to the transportation of passengers and cargo, which comprises the execution of the following works along the 128 Km of the existing railway: Railway upgrade Changes to the tracks in critical sectors Purchase of rolling stock Reinforcement of 15 railway bridges Extension of 38 tunnels for standard gauge rolling stock (1,435 mm) Upgrades to the signaling and telecommunication systems Draining works The project includes the interoperability with Ferrocarril Central (railway service with standard gauge of 25 ton per axle) for the connection of high Andes regions with the port of Callao and the Santa Anita market. Description: The project comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate, and maintain a transmission line with an approximated length of 600 km and capacity of 145 MVA, in order to incorporate the city of Iquitos to the National Interconnected System.  Estimated Investment (VAT not included): US$ 434 million  Type of concession: Self-sustaining  Concession period: 30 years plus the construction period (52 months) Estimated award date: II Quarter CALLED Moyobamba Iquitos 600 Km PACIFIC OCEAN BRAZIL

220 KV LA PLANICIE INDUSTRIALES TRANSMISSION LINE AND ASSOCIATED SUBSTATIONS Location: Lima Description: The project comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate, and maintain the transmission line with a length of 16.6 km and two circuits with 400 MVA capacity each. The last 5 km of the line will be underground.  Estimated investment (VAT not included): US$ 56.6 million  Type of concession : Self-sustaining  Concession period: 30 years plus the construction period (22 months approximately). 220 KV FRIASPATA - MOLLEPATA TRANSMISSION LINE AND 220/60 KV ORCOTUNA SUBSTATION CALLED Location: Huancavelica, Ayacucho, Junín. Description: The project comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate and maintain of the following projects: a)Mollepata – Friaspata transmission line of 90.5 k.m. and 192 MVA capacity and associated sub stations. b)220/60 kV new Orcotuna substation with 50 MVA capacity. ENERGY SECURITY AND SOUTHERN GAS PIPELINE Location: Cusco, Arequipa and Moquegua. Description: The project comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate, maintain and transfer of a natural gas distribution system. The project includes 2 sections: a)Construction of natural gas pipelines and liquid gas pipelines from Malvinas plant to the Connection point (CP) and then to the Chinquintirca plant. b)Construction of the Southern region gas pipeline from the Connection Point (CP) to south coast of the country. This comprises the following works: Route 1: natural gas pipeline from the CP to Cusco Route 2: Continuance of the gas pipeline to Ilo and Mollendo. CHILLÓN RIVER WATER SUPPLY WORKS Location: Lima. Description: The project comprises in the provision, by a private operator, of the following services: Maintenance of buildings, facilities and electromechanical equipment associated with infrastructure, landscaping and parking Maintenance of the clinical and not-clinical equipment General services (laundry, kitchen, cleaning service and security and hospital waste management) Support to the diagnose (Laboratory, clinical pathology, blood bank and sterilization center) Technical assistance services for acquisition  Type of concession: Co-financed  Contract term: 10 years. INTEGRAL MANAGEMENT OF SOLID WASTE FROM HOSPITALS IN METROPOLITAN LIMA AND CALLAO Location: Lima and Callao Description: A private initiative involving the construction, operation and maintenance of a modern hospital waste treatment plant for the appropriate management of this type of waste (hazardous-biocontaminated/special- hazardous/regular) from hospitals and institutes of the Ministry of Health in Lima and Callao. CABLECAR TO KUELAP Location: Amazonas. Description: The project comprises the concession to design, finance, build, operate and maintain a cableway system for a fast, safe and easy access to Kuelap Fortress. The cable cars route will be 4,400 meters aimed to overcome the distance of 965 meters between Tingo Nuevo town and Kuelap fortress.  Estimated investment (VAT not included): US$ 17.6 million  Type of concession: Co- financed  Concession term: 20 – 25 years Estimated award date: II Quarter CALLED

CHOQUEQUIRAO CABLE RAILWAY Location: Apurímac and Cusco Description: Concession of the design, financing, construction, equipment, operation and maintenance of a cable railway system to access the Choquequirao Archaeological Park in a fast and comfortable way. It will cross the Apurimac Canyon and will have 5.4 Km long, divided in 2 sections (3.4 Km and 1.99 Km), and capacity for 400 passengers/hour.  Estimated investment (VAT not included): US$ 55 million  Type of concession : Co-financed  Concession period: years Estimated date of award: IV Quarter 2014 TO BE CALLED

PROVISION OF TECHNOLOGICAL SECURITY SERVICES IN PRISONS Location: 33 Correctional Facilities nationwide Description: A private initiative declared to be of interest, created to upgrade the security in correctional facilities through the application of the following technologies: Blockers of mobile phone signals and WiFi networks. Public use telephones under established security conditions. COMPREHENSIVE AGRICULTURAL, WATER AND MINING PROJECT IN PIURA Location: Piura Description: This project will be performed in two stages :  First stage: Design, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of an ore benefit Plant which shall process the gold ore extracted by formal miners and miners under formalization process who operate within the Piura region.  Second stage: Promotion of a portfolio of agriculture and livestock development projects and others that are intended to solve problems related to water for domestic and agriculture purposes in the influence area of the formal mining operations.
