Physicians often suggest the use of a small footstool to help reduce lower back pain. Improved Posture Footrests will create constant movement in your lower body and force your back towards the back of the seat to help you sit with proper posture. The constant motion will also prevent your lower body from falling asleep. Movement Improves Circulation The rocking motion of the footrests will increase circulation to the lower body. The increased circulation can help eliminate problems such as blood clotting varicose veins that come with poor circulation to the lower body. Portable Footrests Back Relax Folding Footrest is designed to minimize strain on your back. Snaps open for use in restaurants, theaters, planes, cars, and trains. On-Stage Footrest is height adjustable, slanted and features a black finish. It folds, making it easy for travel. Weighs 2 lbs; 10” x 5” x 1 to 6” off floor when open.

This brace has been designed by a physical therapist for conditions such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) and Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI). It does not hold the wrist rigid. This brace allows for normal range of motion (ROM) while wearing it. The Tunnel Tech® Wrist Brace can be worn for activities that require wrist range of motion such as cutting food and preparing meals, typing or keyboarding. Fits left or right wrist, small, medium or large.

The Carpal Tunnel Stretch (CTS) is a unique device designed for stretching the tight tissue structures associated with carpal tunnel, and is recommended by physicians, physical and occupational therapists, and hand rehabilitation specialists. Separate device for right and left hands. Carpal Tunnel Stretch It is a simple easy-to-use device that can be used by employees on the job to help prevent carpal tunnel syndrome, a muscular disorder where OSHA seeks employer assisted prevention. This means the CTS is an affordable item a company can invest in to help meet the new OSHA standard, and at the same time, reduce the number of worker compensation claims associated with this disorder.
