Begin with a thin layer of Pre-Wrap 1 Anchor Strip

 Support and Closure is basically all one continuous strip of tape  Angle the tape slightly towards the hand and tape around the wrist in a smooth motion  Overlap by about half

 When you reach the hand, angle the tape up go around through the thumb  Watch for bulges or wrinkles here  Pull the sides of the tape to straighten out wrinkles to avoid making it too tight

 Pinch the tape when pulling through the thumb to help avoid rubbing  Pinch the down edge of the tape that will rub against the crease of the hand

 Circle down and go around the wrist once  Follow the line that you just made and wrap the tape up through the hand again  Remember to pinch!

 Tape back down the forearm  The tape will angle slightly away from the hand on this pass  This forms a slight X pattern against the original strips

 End over the anchor strip  Check for feeling, warmth, and color – may want to check capillary bed refill
