Some tips for keeping shape

How do I keep the form? Six hours in school is not the best way to maintain good physical condition. The worst thing is that sometimes a person sits those six hours in an almost unchanged position and is tired physically as if he has been working for two days. For this reason, as well as the end of the holidays we start annual series of workouts that will allow me to maintain good physical condition. I do not need to be like a bodybuilder, or to have a condition like a athlete. What is more important is to be able enter the 5th floor without pant, to ride 20 km on bike and want to go another 20 km more; to do 50 push-ups, etc. A person will feel better according to such training. And the body probably feels and looks better. Finally, the end of fat!

How can a workout look like? Try to ride a bike every day. It is not always possible, but when it is, try to ride at least km. Go to the swimming pool once a week. Eat in moderation. Drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fruit to equalize the balance of water in the body. Do sports. Reduce intake of carbohydrates (e.g. potato chips). Eat lots of vegetables. Sleep is also important. It should take at least 90 minutes. Remember that too much sleep and its lack is harmful to the body.

Why to exercise? Salsa, aerobics, or tai-chi. All types of activities are permitted. There is only one condition: it must be treated as pleasure, not as obligation. The effects will be the same. Here is the decalogue of rules. Physical exercise which provides health benefits do not need to be intense. Frame of mind and fitness will ensure compliance with the rules: 3 x 30 x 130. We train three times a week for at least thirty minutes. Thanks to this rule we will not only slim the body but also change what is not visible to the eye. We measure the pulse on our wrist or neck. Count the pulse for fifteen seconds and count the number by multiplying it by 4 strokes. This is a general principle of physical activity proposed by the World Health Organization (WHO) - confirms Anna Przybylska, recreational instructor specializing in fitness. For a good start choose this form of activity that suits you best. Encourage a friend or a partner to exercise with you. The two are better than one.
