Stairwell Area used for the stairs –Minimum width of stairs is 3’-0” Lighting Controlled by a 3-way switch Headroom Vertical distance between the top of each stair tread and the ceiling Minimum headroom required is 6’-6”

Entrances Four Types -Site -Main -Service -Special Purpose Also called a foyer
