Human Resources Division The Provost, in his newsletter of 12th October 2009 explained that UCL needs to reduce the number of suppliers it uses. It is worrying to note that we have 4 contracted employment agencies yet in 2008/9 UCL spent nearly 60% of the year's £4.4m employment agency spend on 86 other agencies.
