Refer to Guidelines Section IIIB4 If on-site concessionaire not interested, good faith effort satisfied. Refer to Guidelines IIIB4(a) If no existing concessionaire, use Solicitation of Business Interest form. If no interest, good faith effort satisfied. If interest, refer to IIIB5. Refer to Guidelines IIIB4(b) More than $50,000 in annual gross receipts and/or a majority of the overall sales activity. Refer to Guidelines Section IIIB5 If viable, sales or service may continue under a negotiated concession contract or RFP. Refer to Guidelines IIIB5(a) If not viable, sales or service may include all merchandise, including interpretive and educational, under a negotiated concession contract or RFP.
