Staffing Concerns  Challenges of staffing classes with adjunct faculty members  Full-time faculty member for Education and Early Childhood Education  Full-time Director for the Children’s Learning Center

Summary  The MCC faculty and staff who work in the ECE/EDU department and in the CLC take great pride in their roles as leaders within the early childhood community.  These programs have an excellent reputation; therefore, employers in the region actively recruit our students.  The replacement of one ECE/EDU faculty member and the CLC director is essential, in order to continue to provide high quality educational experiences for MCC students.
