MINNESOTA SCHOOL DISTRICT ■ Sixth-grade student given detention after posting disparaging comments about teacher’s aide on Facebook ■ Student posted at home ■ Student not using school computer

MINNESOTA SCHOOL DISTRICT ■ ■ Lawsuit sought damages and court order stopping school district from attempting to regulate or discipline students based on speech made outside of school hours and off school property
